I have discovered that it is vitally important to have support while I am doing Optifast. The reality of the matter is that happening any weight-loss program is hard enough. Let other folks in. I have research assignments given to me, like certain what to read and journaling on specific topics. Finding support online. I’ve found this amazing degree of support and have developed new friendships where we chat away from the web page in private communications.
