As an Engineering Manager you are accountable for a Product-Engineering tribe, leading Engineers across multiple product-delivery squads. Set the right balance between finding opportunities for the united team to learn/improve, and shipping products promptly.

Here is a screenshot of my Trello panel for a class for business college aspirants. My wife and I discuss Trello cards with all the current ordinary things to buy. Either one of us puts stuff and when one of us goes shopping there, the card becomes our shopping list. As I pick up stuff in the supermarket, I also check that in the Trello credit card.
